Branson or BUST
I've been out of town for a week, so I warn you this post is long with lots of pictures. On Thursday, July 3rd we headed to Branson, MO for V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N! We had so much to look forward to when we left, so we were very excited to get to Branson. It was the first time we got to see Kennedy in two weeks, it was time with family, and it was just plain fun. We went to Silver Dollar City (two days), Dolly's Dixie Stampede, played putt-putt, did some outlet shopping, and ended with Noah the Musical. Dolly's Stampede was so much fun it was an arena style dinner show with horse races, baby pigs, ostriches, chickens, and much more. Noah the Musical was amazing! It had live animals and animated animals with a stage that wrapped around the audience. Unfortunately, Dolly's show and Noah did not allow photography so I have no pictures of these two events.

My nephew, Garrison, asked several years back why there was Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Grandparent's Day, but no Kid's Day. So, my family celebrates Kid's Day in July. On Sunday, July 6th we headed to church and then home to celebrate Kid's Day with lunch and presents. We then took the kids to play putt-putt in the evening. The course was really neat, it had a dinosaur theme, and a huge volcano in the center that would erupt every 10 minutes with shooting fire. Kennedy was so excited to go see the volcano, until we were on the course and then it was "polcano scary".

Last, but definately not the least. We celebrated Mom's 60th Birthday. Happy Birthday to a wonderful wife, mother, and Nana. We love you very much!!!!!

Thank you so much for the sweet comment you left me. I am trying my hardest to not let the worldly things grab a hold of me, but some days the mirror just isn't my friend =]
I hope you guys are enjoying your summer! It looks like you definitely enjoyed your vacation.
Woah! You had a busy few weeks! I can't believe you did all that not even a month after having Paxton! Crazy!
