'Tis the Season
We had a great opportunity to share some Christmas joy with some very special people. I took Kennedy and Paxton to a local nursing home with a playgroup today. We walked up and down the hallways and into rooms singing caroles and passing out Christmas cards. Kennedy did such a great job. I was so proud of her. I tried to prepare her the best I could before we went, but she did wonderful on her own. She was very kind to the residence and even hugged a few.
After the nursing home we headed up to the mall to see Santa. Kennedy has always been scared of Santa, and she was very excited about this visit. So, I was hoping this would be a picture without tears. Not the case. She was terrified and I finally coaxed her into semi-smiling with a lollipop. Paxton did great; we had to jingle some bells to even get him to look at the camera. He was fascinated by Santa.

Kennedy is somewhere in this group.
Paxton looks a little nervous.

Santa 2008 (They both look a little less than enthused.)
