Lighting of Town Square
We headed down to Town Square this past weekend to enjoy the Christmas lights ceremony. It doesn't quite compare to Tech's Carol of Lights, but it was a lot of fun. They had lots of yummy food to enjoy, Paxton especially enjoyed a chocolate peppermint lollipop. There were pony rides and camel rides, neither of which Kennedy was willing to brave. There was a small orchestra playing Christmas music and Kennedy found a friend from school with which she really enjoyed playing. The best part of the evening was the actual lighting. They turned all of the lights on the square off, including the store fronts, we counted down from 10 and then all of the square was lit. I got a great shot of Kennedy when all of the lights come on, she wasn't sure what she was waiting for, but the look on her face is priceless.
Paxton enjoying his lollipop...
Kennedy not so much.
Counting down...
Love the look of surprise!
This was also a part of the town square display, Kennedy got into a small argument with this boy about who all the characters where in the stable. LOL
