Dodge City, Kansas
On the way home from Denver, we decided to break the drive down and stop in Dodge City, Kansas. It was a lot of fun. We visited the Boot Hill Museum, it's the original old town with lots of neat history. It was a little hard to get the read everything with two little ones running around, but interesting none the less.
Checking out the inside of the train.
This exhibit was really cool, there were monitors showing a buffalo stampede and the floor would vibrate . You can see Paxton is keeping an eye on this big guy.
This one cracked me up. It was a talking longhorn LOL. He was sharing the story of the longhorn migration.
Enjoying a Sarsaparilla at the Long Branch Saloon. This is a major deal for our kids, since they don't drink soft drinks.
They both enjoyed themselves.
Checking out the Old Dodge City Bank for Gege.
One room school house.
We finished out the night with a live shoot out, in front of the Saloon.
