Class of 2024
I remember thinking the day we brought Kennedy home from the hospital, "How in the world am I going to be able to send her off to school in 5 years." At the time, it seemed like an impossible task, but it was completely painless. She was so ready and I was so excited for her. We have been so completely blessed to send her to a Christian school this year, which made it even easier knowing that she is being taught the same values at school that we teach at home.
The day Miss K came home from the hospital.

Ready for Kindergarten.
Saying goodbye to Daddy.
She went straight to the table with the markers and never looked back at us.
She got to have Show-n-tell the first week and she practiced what she was going to say 5 times the night before. She took this white sea lion. I don't know what she ended up saying in class, but her speech at home was "This is my sea lion, Snowball, I got her at Sea World this summer. My Nana & Papaw took me there and I saw Shamu and her baby, shamu is a killer whale."
