"Let the Festivals Begin"

It's hard to believe that May 7th will be one year we have lived in Northwest Arkansas. One of our favorite things we discovered about this area when we moved here are the the festivals that each town celebrates. This weekend kicked off festival season with Siloam Springs' Dogwood Festival. Each of these towns has such a unique character and they love to celebrate those unique qualities. We had a great time, enjoying local talent, eating fair food, shopping the local flair, and watching Kennedy enjoy the kidzone. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, and the scenery along the riverwalk was just beautiful. I know as the time approaches for "little man" to arrive the reality of us enjoying all of the town's celebrations this year may be limited, but we still look forward to the all the fun this area has to offer this time of year. So let the fun begin!
