Fairy Tale Day
Last weeks theme at school was "Fairy Tales" so to close out the week everyone dressed up as a character from a fairy tale. Paxton really enjoyed this unit a lot, he has been telling me all of the fairy tale stories he heard at school. His favorite was the story of the Three Little Pigs, so he decided he wanted to be the Big Bad Wolf. Kennedy was very indecisive as to how she wanted to dress. So, my OCD decided we would all be matchy, Kennedy was to be Little Red Riding Hood, Paxton the Wolf, and I would be the Woodsman. Well, needless to say, neither child wanted to dress up on the day of, so I was an obscure woodsman from some random fairy tale. I did get a few pictures after some bribing, but neither Kennedy nor Paxton wanted anything to do with their costumes at school.
