Soccer Camp

Kennedy did soccer camp again this year. She loved every minute of it, even though it was the last week of July and the temps were in triple digits. She was a little disappointed the first day because they combined the 6 year olds with her group and they were mainly boys. Obviously, the boys play a little more aggressively than the girls in her age group, but it didn't take her long to "hold her own" with the big boys. One day they had Crazy Hair Day, she really liked that one. The last day, our local Fire Department came by with a truck and sprayed the kids with the hose. The kids loved getting to cool off and seeing the fire truck made it fun too. I think this may be our last soccer camp for a while. Even though it is good for Kennedy to keep her skills up our summers are becoming so full and man is it HOT the last week of July.
